Receiving money from your customers is an important part of your business. Let's agree on that.
In your cockpit we offer you various possibilities to support you with the payment status of orders.

Get an overview of unpaid orders
An order can either have the status Pending, Paid, Voided or Refund pending.
The status of each order is displayed on the view Order overview:
- In the sidebar of your cockpit, select Orders.
- Check the column Payment status. Here you can see the current payment status of the orders.
This way, you can directly see if an order is already paid, or if an amount is still pending.
Check the payment details
If you'd like to have a closer look at an unpaid order or process a payment further, you will find the necessary information by selecting the respective order on the view Order overview.
On the three cards on the right, you will then find all the information you need for the payment process, such as:
- Customer info (e.g. customer name)
- Billing address
On the Order details card, you can find more relevant information, such as:
- The ordered items
- The price of single items
- The total amount of the order
- The taxes
- The chosen payment method of the customer
Depending on the chosen payment method of the customer, you can now process the payment further, or wait for the customer to pay the bill.

When selecting an order from the view Order overview, you have the possibility to manage the payment status of this respective order.
In the highlighted section below, you get informed about the current payment status of the order:
Depending on the payment method your customer chose, an incoming order is already marked as paid (e.g. a purchase via PayPal) or is still unpaid and the outstanding balance is displayed (e.g. a purchase via invoice).
If you received the outstanding balance, you can mark the order as paid.
- Select Mark as paid.
- You now have the possibility to enter a comment. This comment will be displayed in the order timeline.
- Select Mark as paid again.
Once you marked a payment as paid, this option disappears and the amount will be displayed as paid:
The order will then also be displayed as paid in the view Order overview.
