You'll find several apps in your cockpit that can enhance the functionality of your website and thus boost your business. Read on to learn more about how you can make use of the apps that are available for your cockpit.

The app overview
When selecting Apps in the sidebar of your cockpit, you will see the App overview. This overview includes all apps that are available for your website.
- If you are only interested in apps that support you in a specific task area, you can select a category at the top of the overview to filter the apps by that category.
- Select All if you would like to see all available apps again.
If you would like to get more information about an app, you can select Learn more for the app you're interested in. You can then browse through the provided screenshots and images, read the description, or visit the website of the app or app developer for even more information.
For some apps, you might need to create an account or pay fees in order to use them. This depends on the app you're interested in. The information if an app is fee-based can be found right below the app name:
Select in the upper right corner to get back to the App overview.

If you would like to use Trusted Shops, you'll find the respective page by selecting Marketing → Trusted Shops in the sidebar of your cockpit.Install an app
You've found an app that you would like to install? That's great! Here's how to install the app:
- In the sidebar of your cockpit, select Apps.
- Select Learn more for the app you would like to install.
- Select Install.
You'll be prompted to a list of permissions the app requires to work properly. - If you agree to the app permissions, select Accept and continue.
You'll be forwarded to the respective app. In some cases you need to create an account or log in with an already existing account to finish the app installation. Other apps are installed straight away and you can start using them.
In the App overview, installed apps are marked with an Installed banner in the upper right corner of the app.
Uninstall an app
- In the sidebar of your cockpit, select Apps.
- Select Uninstall for the app you would like to uninstall.
You'll be prompted to a view that asks you to confirm the uninstallation. - Select Accept and continue.
The app is uninstalled. If you change your mind and would like to install the app again, you can do so by following the steps to install an app.
Context-specific apps
We cooperate with several partners that are experts in their fields. Most of them focus on dedicated tasks and processes. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to figure out the area in which the specific apps can support you. That's why you cannot only access apps via the App overview but also via Recommended apps in the top bar of your cockpit. While the App overview includes all available apps, Recommended apps only displays apps that are relevant for the view you're currently working on.
Here's an example:
When working on orders, for example on the Order overview or in the more detailed view for a specific order, you can select Recommended apps in the top bar:
You will then see an overlay that displays all apps that are relevant for order management-related tasks and processes.
If you select Recommended apps on other views, for example on the Product overview, the overlay will only display apps that are relevant for product management-related tasks and processes. This way, you'll always get a short and structured overview of apps that might help you in your specific context.

If you can't find Recommended apps in the top bar, there is no app available that might be helpful in that context.Just as with the apps in the App overview, you can select Learn more to browse through the provided screenshots and images, read the description, or visit the website of the app or app developer for even more information. Optionally, you can also install or uninstall an app via this overlay.
