You should make it easy for your visitors to find this information. For that reason, we've already prepared the legal page Payment and shipping in the sidebar of your Editor under Legal pages. This page is automatically displayed in the footer of your website unless you decide that it should not be visible.

The content of a payment and shipping page
The content of a payment and shipping page heavily depends on your business setup. If you do not sell products on your website, you might not need a payment and shipping page at all. If you do allow visitors to buy products, there are some aspects that might be relevant for this page. For instance, you can list all available shipping carriers alongside the shipping costs in a table. Additionally, you could specify if you offer free shipping (and under what conditions) and if customers can collect their order in a physical store or in your office.
If you want to, you can also add information on returns and refunds to this page. In addition, you could make transparent what type of personal data is forwarded to the logistics company for the shipment e.g. just the address or also the email address (for the functionality of tracking links etc.).
Furthermore, you can list all available payment methods alongside the transaction costs in a table. If you offer payment by direct debit or credit cards, you could also mention at which point in time the payment will be captured.
How to edit the content of your payment and shipping page
You can create and edit the text of your payment and shipping page in the Editor by following these steps:
- In the sidebar of the cockpit, navigate to Editor.
- In the sidebar of the Editor, you'll now find the section Legal pages. Select the page Payment and shipping.
- In the preview of the page, use the text area ("Type here") to create the initial content or edit your already created content according to your needs. To do so, you can make use of all formatting options that are available for texts. The text and your changes are automatically saved.

It is not possible to add images or other content elements to legal pages.How to edit the visibility of your payment and shipping page in the footer
It's up to you to decide whether you'd like to show or hide the payment and shipping page in the footer of your website. This is how to edit the visibility in the footer:
- In the sidebar of the cockpit, navigate to Editor.
- In the sidebar of the Editor, you'll now find the section Legal pages.
- Select
next to the page Payment and shipping.
- Under Visibility on website, specify whether the page should be visible or not.
- Select Save.
