You can display a map from Google Maps on the pages of your shop. For example, you can show your visitors where your brick-and-mortar shop is located. You can place the map on its own or combine it with a text field or a contact form, depending on what information you want to display.
How to add a map
- In the sidebar of your cockpit, navigate to Editor.
The Editor opens. - Navigate to Pages.
- Select the page to edit or add a new page.
A preview of the page opens on the right-hand side. - Navigate to Content elements → Maps.
- Drag a map element to the desired position.
You can only drop content elements into the blue areas of the page. - Select Add Google Maps.
- Under Embed a map, enter an HTML link from Google Maps.
Note
To embed a map, navigate to the desired location in Google Maps and select Share. Open the tab Embed a map and copy the HTML link. You can also select a size via Google Maps, but note that this has no effect on how the map is displayed on your website. - Select Save.
You have added a map.
