Overview of the settings
Each content element has its own customization settings shown as blue-highlighted icons.
These icons only appear when you hover over an element with your mouse.
Note
The available options may vary depending on the type of element.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
Move Drag an element to a different position on the same page. You can only drop it in blue-highlighted areas. |
Edit background design Change the background color of an element by choosing a solid color or gradient. For gradients, select two or three colors and adjust the direction. For further information, refer to Edit the background color of content elements and Use colour gradients as backgrounds. |
Choose animation Add animation effects to make content more dynamic. Available effects include:
Show headline Toggle the headline on or off. When visible, you can edit the headline text. You can choose heading levels 1 to 3 and apply basic formatting (bold, italic, underline, alignment, and color). Hiding the headline doesn’t delete it – it simply won’t be displayed. |
Align elements to the center If there are at least two different elements next to each other within the same content element, you can align them vertically in the center. This can help create a more balanced layout if the elements have different heights. By default, elements are aligned at the top. |
Duplicate content element Create an exact copy of the content element. The duplicate will be inserted directly below the original. You can then edit the duplicate independently, for example to customize the text, images, and other settings. |
Insert element Add another element within the content element. If the icon appears when hovering, you can insert something new. Options depend on the type of content element. If the icon doesn’t appear, either the element doesn’t support this option, or you’ve reached the maximum number of elements. Try removing one before adding another. InfoFor further information about the settings for different content elements, refer to the articles under Content elements. |
Move left / Move right If there are two or more elements within the same content element, you can rearrange them by moving an element left or right. |
Edit Opens the element’s additional settings. Available for content elements that offer configurable options, such as layout, formatting, or behavior. |
Delete Remove an entire element or parts of it. Before deletion, you’ll be asked to confirm by selecting Delete again. This action can’t be undone. |
