It's a vital part of your online business to present your company and maybe even your products and services in an appealing way. That's where you get support from us. With the Editor, you have several options to design and customize your website according to your needs.

Overview
This is what you see when navigating to Editor in the sidebar of your cockpit:
- You can unfold the collapsed sidebar of the cockpit at any time by selecting
in the upper left corner.
- Via the sidebar of the Editor you can easily manage your theme, your pages and their content.
- In the top bar you can always select View your website (if your website is live) or Preview your website (if your website is not live yet) in order to directly get to your website.
- In the preview area you can immediately see how the page you are currently working on will look like with your latest changes.
- The bottom bar includes different setting options, for example header and footer settings or options to customize colors and fonts. You might also see a support widget
that is connected to our Help center. When you select it, you can search for help articles and read about new features for your cockpit.
The sidebar
Let’s take a closer look at the sidebar of the Editor. It comprises the menu items Content elements, Pages and Themes.
Content elements
Here you can find a number of elements that you can use to customize your website, for example text, images, videos, or the product slider. You can drag these elements to your pages and adapt them to your needs.
Pages
This menu item comprises two different sections: Content pages and Legal pages.
The Content pages section includes two kinds of content pages: The ones included in your main menu at the top of your website and the ones included in the footer menu. The pages of the main menu are displayed above the dashed line and the ones for your footer menu are displayed below that line.
Use both kinds of content pages to display your products, images, and everything else that is relevant for your business. You can add a new content page or change the order of the pages at any time. This way you can structure your website according to your needs and ideas.
Under Legal pages, we've already prepared a bunch of legal pages for you. You can find more details on their purpose and functionality in the section "Legal pages".
Themes
Under Themes, you'll always find your currently selected theme. Furthermore, you have the option to change your theme and thus the underlying design of your website.
