It may seem like a simple page, but the contact page is one of the most important pages on a website. Why? An appealing page that allows people to contact you builds trust. When people want to get in touch and land on a welcoming and informative page, they get a good impression.

Make your contact details easy to find
Help visitors and customers to easily find your contact information when they need to get in touch with you. You have the following options:
Contact page
You can either dedicate a contact page its own space in the menu:
Header
Or you can use the USPs in the Editor to reach out to visitors with your contact details via the header:
Footer
Additonally, you can add your contact details to the footer:
Add a contact form
You can reduce the effort for your customers to contact you by providing a contact form.
- In the sidebar of your cockpit, select Editor.
The Editor opens. - Navigate to Pages.
- Select the page to edit or add a new page.
A preview of the page opens on the right-hand side. - Navigate to Content elements → Contact.
- Drag and drop a contact element to the desired position.
You can only drop content elemens into the blue areas of the page. - If required, you can display a checkbox under the contact form for customers to confirm your privavy policy before sending their message.
- By default, the checkbox is not displayed.
- To enable it, hover over the contact form, and select
. In the Legal settings dialogue, activate the checkbox and save your changes. The checkbox now appears between the Message field and the Send button.
- The checkbox may be legally required in some countries.
You have added a contact form to your page.
The email address to which the contact form requests are sent is visible in the blue info box when hovering above the content element. You can change this email address at any time.
Provide help for self-help
Of course it means a lot of work to answer inquiries. You can reduce these inquiries already a little by collecting frequently asked questions and providing them on an FAQ page. You might want to mention on your contact page that it can be a bit faster to get an answer in your FAQs than to wait for a human response.
