Use the option Sale price to sell a product for a reduced price while still displaying the regular price. This way you can prominently show your visitors that you've currently reduced the price for the product.

How to set a sale price
- In the sidebar of the cockpit, navigate to Products.
- From the Product overview select an existing product or add a new one.
- Scroll down to the Pricing card.
- Select the checkbox Sale price. The input field will then become editable.
- Enter the sale price in the input field Sale price.
- Select Save.

The sale price is highlighted in red. The regular price will still be displayed above the sale price, but is crossed out. Furthermore, your visitors will see a label indicating the percentage saved (rounded to a whole number) when ordering the product for the reduced price compared to the regular price. Please note that the design of the sale price might slightly change depending on your chosen theme.
How do price and sale price relate?
Note
The sale price has to be lower than the price.The price will be displayed as the regular price and serves as the basis for the percentage saved calculation. Thus, you cannot define a sale price without specifying the price beforehand.
How do RRP and sale price relate?
As soon as you set a sale price for a product, the recommended retail price (RRP) will not be shown for that product anymore. If you decide to remove the sale price and sell the product for the regular price, the RRP will automatically be shown again (in case you have set a RRP).
How do reference price and sale price relate?
If you set a sale price for a product, the reference price will be recalculated based on the sale price and automatically adjusted (in case you have set a reference price).
How do marketing coupons and sale price relate?
Marketing coupons can also be redeemed for products that have a sale price. The discount will then be applied to the reduced price.
